Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into insured events including Property, Casualty, and Work Injury claims to determine claim validity and circumstances
- Perform detailed site inspections to collect evidence and assess conditions related to claims
- Evaluate and adjust insured losses by analyzing investigation findings, supporting documents, and policy terms
- Prepare clear, comprehensive investigation reports tailored for client understanding and decision-making
- Provide professional and technical advice to clients on claim matters to support accurate resolution
- Communicate and liaise effectively with insurers, insured parties, witnesses, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim processes
- Higher Nitec, Diploma, GCE A Level, Degree, or equivalent qualifications
