Looking for IT tutoring: basic to intermediate computer skills

I’m looking for a friendly and patient tutor to help me improve my computer skills. I’m comfortable with smartphones but want to become more proficient with Windows, managing files, emails, and everyday software. I’d like a few sessions focusing on practical tasks, like using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet safely, and basic troubleshooting. Prefer someone who can explain concepts clearly, adapt to my pace, and provide simple practice tasks between sessions. Remote or in-person in the UK is fine, but I’d need flexible scheduling and a clear plan. US/UK keyboard familiarity is a plus.
