Job Description
- 10+ years of experience in sales/Business Development in Automative retail and DMS / ERP Solutions
- Proven working experience as a business development manager
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities across regions.
- Proficiency in English is a much, additionally fluency in other languages is added advantage like Filipino, Korean, Thai, Chinese, Malay
- Market knowledge for the Asia Pacific region, particularly South-East Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand).
- Develop account plans for strategic customers and target accounts
- Use CRM consistently to track activity, opportunities, stages, and reporting
- Communication skills in relation to discussion with CXO and senior management of the prosects &client
