Long-Term YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

This is a remote position. We are looking for a talented and reliable thumbnail designer to join our team long-term for a Personal Finance and Investing YouTube channel. You will be responsible for creating 23 engaging, high-quality thumbnails each week. Our goal is to produce thumbnails that attract attention, increase click-through rates, and match the style of animation and faceless YouTube channels. Responsibilities Design 23 YouTube thumbnails per week Create visually appealing and clickable thumbnail concepts Follow instructions and brand guidelines provided by our team Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members Complete assignments on time Make revisions when necessary Requirements Previous experience designing thumbnails for animation or faceless YouTube channels A strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail design and viewer psychology Ability to create clean, professional, and attention-grabbing designs Comfortable working with a team Reliable, responsive, ...
