Job Description
A trucking company, Groundway Transport Ltd., located at A Street, Surrey BC V3V 5A3 has immediate vacancies for 10 long haul truck drivers.
Number of Vacancies: 10
Location of Work: Travel across Canada and USA with base at Ave, Surrey BC V3V3N5
Term of employment: Full time, Permanent with 40-50 hours per week.
Shifts: Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings
Salary: $37 per, overtime after 60 hours per week at the rate of 1.5 times.
Benefits: WCB Coverage with 4% vacation pay
Job Requirements:
Credentials: Class 1 or A driver's license with air brake endorsement.
Education: Completion of High School
Experience: No experience required. On the job training will be provided
Additional Skills:
- Basic English is required to understand road signs and fill log book
- Be able to work in individuals or in a team
- Clean driving abstract
