**Job Description**
I am seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator where you will support Data Center Operations by efficiently managing the receiving, storing, and shipping of materials. You will handle customer queries and manage a large volume of day-to-day reports throughout the lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle customer queries, escalations, and manage large volumes of day-to-day reports.
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with full-time employees by understanding and servicing their business requirements.
+ Ensure customer and carrier performance reports are completed and submitted accurately on a weekly or monthly basis.
+ Maintain accurate records and metrics, performing audits and assessments regularly.
+ Identify, document, and implement opportunities for improvements in logistics operations....
