Duties & Responsibilities Manage all service-related operational activities within the branch. Oversee vehicle, fleet and asset management. Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures and dress code standards. Coordinate branch logistics, routing and scheduling of service activities. Monitor service documentation and contract-related service records. Manage driver licence compliance and fuel usage reporting. Supervise loading, receiving and movement of stock. Take ownership of stock take processes and inventory control. Manage mobile handheld service devices and related reporting. Plan and coordinate installations and withdrawals. Conduct regular team meetings and manage staff performance. Ensure effective people, equipment and operational resource management.
