Position: Logistics Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Group and assign jobs to drivers while ensuring the timely completion of deliveries.
- Follow up with drivers and provide the necessary support to ensure successful delivery.
- Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the driver network.
- Conduct training for drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Make outbound calls to customers to update them on their delivery status and address concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and other communication channels.
- Handle customer cases and complaints positively, empathetically, and professionally.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
