BAE Systems seeks a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as a Compass Call Logistics Support and Supply Shift Lead. This critical leadership role is responsible for the operational oversight of the support and supply section functions on **_3rd SHIFT_** . The Shift Lead ensures the effective execution of the Compass Call program by managing personnel, coordinating complex schedules to ensure constant operational coverage, and serving as the primary liaison between Logistics, Support, and Supply leads to synchronize program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and direct shift (3rd Shift) operations, assigning work tasks to personnel and ensuring all maintenance support and supply objectives are met with precision.
+ Develop, manage and coordinate comprehensive shift schedules with fellow shift leads and section leads, to ensure constant, seamless coverage and operational readiness.
