Requirements

Must have:

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language

· Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries

· Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently

· Strong business acumen, process knowledge in logistics and across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging industry trends

· Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies

· Ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive way
