Job Description
Amazon Fulfillment MENA in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee shift management across our fulfillment sites, ensuring timely, accurate order processing and strict safety standards.
You will lead Associates, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and use data to optimize labor and throughput across first mile, middle mile and final mile operations. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service daily.
