What you will doCoordinate all national and international carriers to ensure pickups and deliveries to our final customers on time.Key point of communication between plant and BSNA team.Also, will be in direct communication with OTM planners, to ensure correct assignation and follow up on daily OB shipments.How you will do itMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward internal and external customers.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communication is key through various channels.KPI's (Shipping report and crossing times).
Direct communication with national and international carriers.Ensure daily information of OB shipments it's provided on time (10 AM) to start the process.Work along with the Shipping Supervisor on the Delivery's creation on SAP, to report them to OTM team.Direct communication with the OTM planners and Trade compliance team.Review / Confirmation on OTM carriers assignation provided.Record keeping of daily shipments (Master file).<...
