Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Prospect and develop new shipper and carrier relationships through outbound calls and emails.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Generate freight quotes and negotiate pricing with customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Dispatch & Operations

• Source qualified carriers for available freight.
• Negotiate carrier rates while maintaining profitability.
• Dispatch loads and communicate pickup and delivery instructions.
• Track shipments from pickup through final delivery.
