Job Description
Abyssinia Freight Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager to run our cross-border shipment desk.
You will own the Lagos to Nairobi corridor end to end, working with a team of six coordinators and reporting directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily dispatch scheduling across three depots
- Manage a team of six shipment coordinators
- Cut average clearance time at the Mombasa port
- Report weekly corridor performance to the COO
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Working knowledge of East African customs procedure
- Experience managing a team of five or more
