To manage the team members in implementing importation and PDI, rework related operations and projects in VPC Tianjin and conducting quality audits and driving continuous process improvements.
- Organize the team members and service providers to follow the established processes and implement the operations in Tianjin port and VPC. Conduct monitoring and checks on the daily operations mainly including importation and inspection, port handling, vehicle movements, Pre Delivery Inspection, vehicle rework, and communication with related externa and internal parties.
