- Supply Chain & Material Management: Coordinate the timely delivery, storage, and distribution of building materials and technical equipment.
- Site Coordination: Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to prevent site congestion and optimize on-site traffic flows.
- Fleet & Heavy Equipment: Manage the deployment, maintenance, and allocation of heavy construction machinery and transport vehicles.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce local workplace safety regulations and develop site security protocols.
- Inventory & Procurement: Implement inventory control measures for materials entering and leaving the site.
Key Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering.
