1. End-to-End Logistics Operation Management
Oversee national logistics to improve efficiency and control costs:
Planning & Order Management – Forecast demand, identify risks, optimize EDI to ALPLAPROD, and drive IT digitalization.
Warehouse Management – Apply global standards, improve layout & turnover, and manage equipment for all plants.
Transportation – Optimize resources, cut invalid logistics costs, and build efficient networks.
Secondary Packaging – Standardize processes, boost cycle efficiency, track reusable materials, and choose solutions based on total cost of ownership.
