Job Description

Logistics Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing list,commercial invoice

  • Close co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipments

  • Liaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applications

  • Update data into ERP systems timely

  • Ensure record keeping system is well maintained

  • Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time

  • Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned

    • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
