Key Job Responsibilities

• Provides on‑ground support to Ops and Program teams, handling complex investigations and proactively resolving operational call‑outs.
• Monitors and drives resolution of operational call‑outs to minimize business risk and maintain Amazon’s high quality bar.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, acts promptly and solves problems proactively.
• Supports the Program team by gathering backend insights to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and partner experience.
