Logistics Coordinator

Full-time Transport / logistics / warehouse

Minimum Requirements: 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, in fruit exports or agri-logistics. Relevant diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms. Excellent communication skills High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with logistics or ERP systems. Understanding of perishable cargo handling and cold chain logistics. (beneficial) Existing relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents. (beneficial)  Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate all logistical activities from farm to port (and final international destination). Liaise with growers, packhouses, transporters, and freight forwarders.
