Job Description

- Basic Salary: UP $2600 + AWS + VB
- Pioneer
- 5 days Mon – Fri 7.15am – 4pm
- Follow up on import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/L), to facilitate permit applications and GST processing.
- Forward import documents to freight forwarders for customs clearance and related import procedures.
- Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders regarding the transportation of goods into and out of the warehouse.
- Ensure containers are cleaned and washed before being returned to carriers, including maintaining photographic records as proof of condition.
- Liaise with managers to coordinate and schedule monthly export shipments.
- Obtain and evaluate a minimum of three freight quotations to secure the most cost-effective export shipping solutions.
