Job Description

As a Back Office/Collections Specialist, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

Essential Duties
  • Enter all uncollected items into our tracking system.
  • Contact relevant parties via phone calls.
  • Monitor and act on collections.
  • Inform debtors of their payment status and timeline for repayment.
  • Research companies and corporate entities to follow up on payments.
  • Be persistent in calling and contacting debtors.
  • Address questions regarding each collections case.
  • Secure payment, monitor and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Update and review all collections and keep records up to date.
  • Process requested refunds.
  • Organize work in a structured and well-planned manner.
Qualifications
  • Finance and business knowledge preferred.
