Responsibilities

• Facilitate the organization of MHE mobilization and demobilization, including operators.
• Monitor and coordinate on-site deployment schedules to ensure equipment availability aligns with project requirements.
• Collaborate with drivers, site supervisors, and transport teams to ensure operational timeliness.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, operational hours, and fuel consumption as needed.
• Ensure all deployed equipment meets ADNOC standards and certifications.
• Assist in monitoring training, CICPA, PTW, and safety certifications for operators and equipment.
• Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all documentation, including third-party certifications and inspection logs.
• Act as a key liaison between end-users, internal teams, and site management for effective communication.
