Job Description
Become the backbone of Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation as a Materials and Logistics Coordinator. Help manage inventory and ensure materials are accessible for day-to-day operations and projects.
The Materials and Logistics Coordinator role focuses on procurement, inventory management, and logistics for the VGFN community. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll oversee purchasing processes, compliance, and shipping logistics to Old Crow. Successful candidates will support the organization with reporting and emergency management tasks as well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operational inventory for government services
• Process material requests and prepare purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with approved work orders
• Manage logistics for shipments to Old Crow
