About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and operationally strong Transport / Logistics Coordinator to manage daily transport operations, fleet movements, and driver coordination in a logistics environment.
Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and monitor daily transport routes, ensuring timely delivery and upliftment from ports and depots
Manage port and depot bookings
Dispatch and debrief drivers, maintaining clear communication regarding routes, delays, and changes
Oversee fleet maintenance, ensure vehicle roadworthiness, and manage breakdowns
Process purchase orders and manage Proof of Deliveries (PODs), manifests, and related documentation
Conduct toll and diesel reconciliations
Provide ETAs, communicate delays or breakdowns, and resolve delivery querie...
