Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: Logistics & Operations:
- Execute and coordinate logistics and warehousing plans, including inbound, internal inventory transfers, and outbound processes.
- Prepare and process all types of shipping documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth cargo transit by coordinating with multiple parties, including shipping agents, carriers, and customs.
- Verify and process invoices from suppliers and forwarders.
- Coordinate maintenance and services for company vehicles and operation facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for house accounts, following up on delivery requirements and payment status.
- Support the sales and account management teams with documentation and communication.
- Interface with customers to address shipment inquiries and provide timely updates.
