In this critical position, you'll oversee the full month-end close for Canadian entities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. The role supports team growth through coaching and meets the challenges of accounts payable, payroll, and receivables management head-on.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end close process and variance analysis
• Lead and develop the finance team for performance
• Manage accounts payable payment controls
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely remittances
• Handle accounts receivable discrepancies and communication
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• CPA designation preferred
• Minimum 3 years in a progressive accounting role
• Strong grasp of GAAP and financial analysis
