Responsibilities

1. Fleet Movement:
   • Direct movement of trucks to serve the raw material requirements of the plants based on approved Material Replenishment Plan (MRP).
   • Allocate trucks for finished goods movement from feed plants.
   • Determine movement challenges of raw materials and recommends correction / corrective action.
2. Inventory Movement:
   • Ensure that trucks are in loading areas to pick up raw materials thus, avoiding raw material stock out at plant level.
   • Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators for raw materials receiving and dispatching or truck line up in order to correspond with feed plant inquiries regarding delivery details such as type of delivery, trucking and plate number, freight cost, estimated time of arrival if needed and delays in timely manner during transportation.
