**Job Description:**
+ Maintain fuel surcharges, rates, and transit times for carriers in multiple systems (WMi, LogPro/Varsity, and OTM)
+ Validation of system configurations to ensure correct information is in the systems
+ Build system expertise and help troubleshoot new issues as they arise
+ Create reports, analysis, or charts that accurately represent the data to the requestor in a usable format using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or others. Automate manual processes wherever feasible.
+ Develop data analysis methods for requests, creating estimated timelines for completion and providing ongoing status updates to upper management and internal customers.
+ Work with internal/external customers to define and document detailed user requirements, assist with quality assurance of finished product prior to user acceptance testing, assist with user acceptance testing/training, and obtain user signoff for system enhancements.
