Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a busy fleet services operation in Upper Heyford. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support a busy logistics team, ensuring vehicle movements and deliveries are coordinated efficiently.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day planning and administration of vehicle deliveries and collections.

The Role:


As a Logistics Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the logistics and planning team with daily operations

  • Liaising with drivers regarding vehicle collections and deliveries

  • Assisting with planning driver workloads and schedules
