We are a hair care brand sold at Sephora and other retailers around the world, and we are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Admin Executive to support our remote team.

This is not a creative marketing role. Read until the end for clear instructions on how to apply.

This is a practical operations role for someone who is good with Excel, inventory systems, SKUs, sales orders, invoices and stock movements.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Retailer & distributor operations

Receive client orders (Sephora, distributors, etc...) and coordinate fulfilment with our warehouse.

Help Marketing department with logistical support of marketing operations and events.

Follow up on shipping documents, local and international shipments

Inventory control
