- Coordinate with SKK Migas regarding logistics operations and warehouse development.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports in accordance with SKK Migas requirements.
- Support project logistics reporting and provide the required logistics data.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with oil & gas regulations and SKK Migas standards.
- Control and monitor the movement of materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels, including maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain the accuracy of inventory data in SAP/ERP systems.
- Prepare inventory and logistics data for internal and SKK Migas audits.
- Ensure materials and logistics processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
