About the Role
Ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and strategic procurement of goods, services, or materials, guaranteeing that the company has the necessary resources within the defined deadlines, costs, and quality standards, thereby contributing to the organization’s operational continuity and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Transportation Negotiation and Procurement: Actively sourcing, conducting comparative analysis of rates, and negotiating directly with freight forwarders to contract land, sea, and air transportation services.
- Transportation/Customs Documentation Management: Preparation and validation of documentation for intra-EU and non-EU markets (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Single Administrative Documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
