Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling exports / shipping operations to global markets.
- Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers.
- Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
- Verify service provider bills.
- Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
- Support Manager/Team Leader in powerpoint preparation.
- Job coverage during colleagues' absence (buddy system).
Requirements :
- Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
