Job Description
Overview
A Logistics Coordinator oversees the movement of goods and materials within a supply chain, ensuring efficient and timely delivery from suppliers to customers. They manage inventory, coordinate transportation, and resolve any issues that arise to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor transportation and logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate inventory levels and material flow across the supply chain.
- Resolve issues that arise during transit or storage to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Preferably a Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
- Board Passer is a plus but not required.
- Can do monitoring, implementation, review as well as conducting time and motion study in the Container Yard (CY) work area.
- With good analytical thinking ability.
- Flexible and good team player.
