Job Description
Lead L&OD Specialist
Supports the Learning Center of Excellence (LCoE) in Cebu by serving as the primary SAP SuccessFactors LMS functional administrator while also developing digital learning assets, AI-assisted e-learning, and technical training materials. This role ensures high-quality learning operations, accurate data, learner support, and the creation of modern, engaging e-learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary LMS functional administrator and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Skillsoft Percipio.
- Provide Tier 1–2 learner support via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot LMS items, curricula, classes, user records, assignments, and learning histories.
- Ensure learning object functionality through SCORM/xAPI testing, version control, and publishing.
