Job Description
Join L’Occitane en Provence as a Payroll Lead and manage the entire US payroll cycle. Your expertise in onboarding and payroll compliance will enhance our operational efficiency.
In this Payroll Lead position, you will handle bi-weekly payroll and serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries across multiple retail locations. You will ensure compliance, maintain data integrity, and assist with Canadian payroll processes as needed while improving the employee onboarding experience and payroll accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute bi-weekly payroll workflows efficiently
• Onboard new employees, managing their data entry
• Administer terminations and status changes compliant with regulations
• Conduct payroll audits for accuracy and timeliness
• Streamline payroll and HR processes with new SOPs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ payroll experience in retail
