Job Description
- Build the Al Intelligent Translation System: Lead the O-to-1 setup and strategic planning of Joybuy's service communication, legal terms, etc.). Drive the implementation and iteration of cutting-edge translation models like NMT/LLM in business operations.
- Optimize Models & Manage Corpora : Responsible for the training, testing, and fine-tuning of German accuracy, idiomaticity, and brand tone consistency of Al translation results.
- Manage full projects lifecyles: As the project owner, take charge of schedule planning, resource coordination, and risk control for AI translation project. Set clear milestones and drive efficient collaboration between technical teams (algorithm, engineering) and business teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
