Join CAE’s Global Training Standards team as Local Training Standards Lead based in Madrid (Spain).
Key focus areas include:
+ Mentoring and overseeing performance for Instructors, Examiners, Tutors, Mentors and Coaches.
+ Coordinating and analysing audits and performance reviews to maintain instructional consistency, regulatory compliance and training quality.
+ Championing global standards by translating enterprise-wide initiatives into local actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence.
+ Plan, monitor, schedule and implement global standards procedures locally, ensuring consistent application across operations.
+ Assess instructor pilot performance using established observation tools (e.g. IPPM, DOI), including scheduling, analysing results and providing recommendations to the global team for continuous improvement.
