Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thoroughly review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to explain loan terms, conditions, and processes clearly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Discuss and confirm the approved loan amount, terms, interest rates, loan charges, and other loan details with clients.
- Secure the completeness and authenticity of the requirements needed prior to releasing.
- Encode and tag the releases into the system.
- Prepare and guide clients with documents for signing, including loan contracts and disclosures.
- Handle the releasing of loan proceeds to clients for check disbursement.
