PROJECT DETAILS
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with WF customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
The Loan Workout QA Analyst will support the Quality Assurance team in reviewing legal documentation related to customers involved in civil legal matters. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to state-specific legal requirements before documents are released to third-party legal partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, knowledge of collections or litigation processes, and the ability to work within established policies and procedures.
