TEKsystems is currently supporting a banking client hiring for a loan operations specialist role in Mount Laurel, NJ. This position will be operational support for the mortgage servicing team, primarily focused in loan transactions and payoffs. Applicants with a mortgage servicing and/or payments experience are encouraged to apply.
Description

+ Support residential mortgage servicing payoff department

+ Providing payoff statements

+ Monetary processing of payoff transactions

+ Closing and notating accounts

+ Researching loans to provide appropriate transaction support

Qualifications

+ Mortgage loan servicing

+ MS office suite

+ Transaction processing

+ Research capabilities

+ 6 month contract with opportunity for extension
