Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assess loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness of clients.
- Provide financial guidance and support to individuals and small businesses.
- Conduct field visits and community outreach to promote microfinance services.
- Monitor loan repayment and manage loan portfolios.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare reports and documentation for loan approvals.
- Willing to work in the field.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, financial literacy, excellent customer service, leadership abilities, assessment proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
