The Loan Advisor is responsible for understanding customers' financial requirements, recommending suitable loan products, assisting with documentation, coordinating with Operation Team, and ensuring timely loan disbursement while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities 1 Generate and manage leads from open market through referrals, tele calling, and digital platforms. 2 Understand customers' financial needs and recommend the most suitable loan products. 3 Explain eligibility, interest rates, EMIs, processing fees, and loan terms. 4 Collect, verify, and organize customer documents. 5 Coordinate with Internal operations teams for loan processing. 6 Follow up with customers until loan disbursement. 7 Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets. 8 Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support.
