Loading & Unloading: Manually lifting and moving cargo, or using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to safely unload trailers and containers. (1, 2) Inspection & Verification: Checking received items against shipping documents to ensure accuracy, and inspecting goods for damage or defects. (1, 2) Organization: Sorting, palletizing, and safely arranging goods in trailers to maximize space and prevent transit damage. (1, 2) Documentation: Completing logs, recording inventory discrepancies, and reporting damaged items to supervisors. (1, 2) Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean, hazard-free loading area and strictly adhering to all facility safety guidelines. (1, 2) Qualifications & Skills Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift or carry heavy objects (often 50–70 lbs or 22–32 kg).
