**Job Title: Loader / Miller**
**Job Description**
The Loader / Miller is responsible for safely and efficiently loading finished product into bulk trailers while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to strict food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices standards. This role requires close coordination with mill operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate and monitor mill equipment in a physical, indoor/outdoor environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load finished product into bulk trailers in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
+ Maintain clear and constant communication with the shift team to determine the types of products being produced and the contents of each finished product bin.
+ Complete all required paperwork for each load, including trailer inspections, tailings checks, product retain samples, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
+ Load feed trucks as needed to support production and distribution requirement...
