Job Title: Load Out Laboratory TechnicianJob Description
As a Load Out Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in the production and formulation of ELISA, Contact Manufacturing, AtheNA, and IFA products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper loading out of these products while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
+ Load-out ELISA, Contact Manufacturing, AtheNA, and IFA products using proper production procedures.
+ Complete Device History Records (DHR) following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ Implement the first in, first out (FIFO) inventory method for ordering and tracking raw materials.
+ Maintain sufficient stock of prepared bottles, caps, and chemicals to meet production schedules, and order supplies when necessary.
+ Operate equipment including Adetch filler, capper, Filamatic, crimp machine, standalone label...
