Job Description
Delivers hands-on patient care in areas such as hygiene, mobility, and basic health monitoring. Works under nursing staff supervision to ensure patient safety and a clean environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.2. Measure and document vital signs, weight, and intake/output.3. Report changes in patient status to nursing staff promptly.4. Support patients in transferring, turning, and positioning.5. Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas.6. Provide emotional support and encourage independence.7. Accurately record care activities in logs or EMRs.8. Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams.Requirements:1. Active LNA license in the state of practice.2. Current CPR/BLS certification.3. Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.4. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.
