Job Responsibilities
LMS Operations and Administration
- Manage day-to-day LMS operations
- Ensure system availability, performance, and user accessibility
- Monitor and troubleshoot LMS-related issues and isolate and resolve issues as needed
- Create, and organize learning content (SCORM, videos, modules)
- Ensure content is correctly assigned to relevant users/groups
