LMS Admin Support
Start: July 1st, 2026
End Date: August 31st, 2026
Location: Remote from Brazil

The purpose of the project is to support the on boarding of a new site.
The LMS Admin Support Rep will be responsible for processing employee certificates, including:
- Verifying that certificates match the correct employee details.
- Checking that the certificates are valid and correct.
- Creating the relevant completions in the LMS where certificates are approved.
- Storing the certificates according to the agreed process.
- Entering the certificate details into the competency management system.
- Following up with employees or vendors where there are issues or discrepancies with certificates.
